Robert Cassandro - My law practice concentrates in the areas of business and real estate transactions, solar and renewable energy law, and estate planning/asset protection. I received a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1989 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from Boston University in 1986. I am a member of the Bar in both New York and Connecticut. I am also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Prior to co-founding Abelow & Cassandro, LLP, I was in-house counsel to a Fortune 500 corporation where I worked on energy related transactions involving complex business, real estate and regulatory issues.
